Various Sit Ups

Doing sit ups improperly may cause injury to the neck and spine as well as in the muscles of the head. It is necessary to pay attention to use the abdominal region in sit ups and not the other parts of the body











Position
1. Lie back on an incline board set at an angle of your choosing. Hook your feet under the pad to secure your body. Keep your knees slightly bent. You can either place your hands behind your head or crossed in front of your body.
Execution
1. Slowly curl your body upwards to your knees and slowly descend back down. Repeat.
2. Keep the movement fluent, slow, and controlled








Most shops selling home gym/exercise equipment will sell benches. If you're in the Subang area, there's fitness concept and one other shop in Subang Parade, if Sunway is closer for you, Sunway Piramid has like 5 shops scattered around, One Utama has at least 2 shops, Mid Valley has at least two, I know tesco/ikano has a couple as well.
They'll cost between 200-350$ and come in many varieties. I'd say get one which allows incline control, that way you get a flat bench you can do other stuff with as well as an inclined sit up bench.
